As an important part of our value chain, we offer a 90-day return policy, the item you wish to return must be in mint/unworn condition. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). After you receive a confirmation from a customer support representative the returning item should be sent to Filippo Loreti within 7 days. Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Should you wish to refuse your parcel upon delivery, the charges for returns will be deducted from your refundable order amount. If you wish to return your parcel at a cheaper cost; we highly recommend that you accept the parcel and request a return with our Customer Support team.
