Suggestion: Make sure that the watch is not connected to any other device before connecting to your smartphone.
Moving forward we highly recommend unpair the watch from your phone:
1. Unpair the watch from your phone;
2. Delete the Renaissance App;
3. Press both the Upper and Lower pusher buttons of the watch together and hold for 3 seconds.
4. Go to your Phone settings > Bluetooth > Tap (i) # Renaissance XXXXXX > Forget this device.
5. Re-install the App;
6. Pair the watch again.
If this does not help, please do a reset for the timepiece.
Reset: Please hold the 3 o'clock pusher for 10 seconds (or until you will feel the timepiece vibrating) the hour hand will begin to move. Then release and press it down again for another 10 - 15 seconds. The hands will stop at the 12 o'clock marker indicating that the reset was successful. Once the reset is complete, please proceed with pairing the timepiece as indicated in the manual.
