When the new Firmware is available for upgrade, a pop-up window will appear when you enter your APP. Simply accept Firmware upgrade and wait for a few minutes.
If you miss your pop-up window notification, go to the Renaissance APP settings and select “Firmware Update” option. Accept and wait for a few minutes.
After doing the steps above, please do the Basic reset below:
- Unpair the watch from your phone;
- Delete the APP;
- Re-install the App again;
- Pair the watch once again.
